Experience Overview:
Mr. Kokkalis is presently responsible for the management and expansion of the ESA Architects Medical Facility Division.
Before joining ESA Architects, Mr. Kokkalis was Staff Architect with the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services where he was responsible for the inspection of ambulatory health care facilities throughout New Jersey. Mr. Kokkalis also reviewed the designs for proposed facilities and the designs for the expansion of existing facilities as well as requests for waivers. Mr. Kokkalis initiated the functional design review for these facilities prior to the submission to the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs. |
